E as in Epic!

Those who experienced an Eheads Reunion Concert know that it was epic. For those who had seen the first one last August 30, when Ely Buendia was rushed to the hospital, cutting the concert short, would know that despite that, going there was still worth it. This band marked the one-decade of our childhood and teen years, my very few years prior to this stage that I would be in for the rest of my life called adulthood. No one thought that they would do anything like this.

Moreover, for those who wished for a continuation of the concert, a Part Two would be too much of a dream. The abrupt halt of the first concert felt so familiar.

The follow-up concert, however, happened last March 7, and again, it was epic. It was like hearing about the nearly impossible reunion for the first time. For those who were not able to go to the first reunion concert, this was their chance to relive the few precious and conscious ten years or so of their lives.

For those who were not able to go, like me, who was busy studying for finals and rushing the final draft of thesis among other things last, the only things left to experience from that supernova of an event are the tiny shimmering and colorful dust particles.

Jasper Lucena was able to take with him gorgeous photos from the event. Here are more of those remnants:

To further show how epic that event was, here is a photo of the crowd at Mall of Asia by Howell Santiago:

Who else regret not going?
